   Define your requirement

   Tell us what you need, the quantity, quality standard and timeline. We turn it into a clear specification that goes to every shortlisted supplier.

2. 02

   Find, check and compare suppliers

   We contact manufacturers, collect offers and check company backgrounds, documents and certificates, with factory visits where it matters. You receive a shortlist compared on spec, MOQ, lead time, Incoterms and document status, with price, quality and payment trade-offs made clear.

3. 03

   Check samples and follow the order

   Where a sample or trial order makes sense, we check it against your specification before a full order. Once you order, we follow supplier milestones and arrange checks before shipment.

4. 04

   Coordinate delivery

   We coordinate pickup, paperwork and timing with the supplier and forwarder, and follow the shipment to your destination in the Nordics or Baltics.
