Information we collect
The inquiry form collects your name, company, email, phone, what you want to source, quantity and timeline, message, privacy consent and consent timestamp. Company, phone and message are optional. The consent timestamp is recorded when your inquiry is saved.
Purpose and legal basis
We use these details to answer your inquiry and communicate with you before entering into a contract. The legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b), taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(a), your consent to processing the inquiry. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal or processing supported by another applicable legal basis.
Recipients and processors
Your inquiry is handled by Commercial Investment Consult OÜ. Hosting and database providers process the data needed to operate and store the inquiry form. When email notification is enabled, email delivery providers process the information needed to deliver the notification. These are the only provider categories used for inquiry processing.
Retention
Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact and then deleted.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and object to processing where the GDPR provides these rights. You may withdraw consent by contacting info@commercialinvestmentconsult.com. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Website technology
The form uses a honeypot and a timing check to reduce automated submissions. This policy concerns inquiry data; email notifications are not sent until the sending service is configured.
